Just like Venice Beach and Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, the Plaza Cordova in Koreatown is somewhere that could only exist in L.A.

The individual units, one-bedroom, and studio apartments have gorgeous exposed brick and original hardwood floors. Ever practical as well, the units have built-ins ranging from vanities to kitchen hutches.

Track lighting and modern kitchen appliances complement the units and give them a contemporary touch – without losing any of the charm!
