V-Day At Home

March 8, 2021

Whether you are celebrating with your roomies in your 2 bedroom apartment in Hollywood, cozying up with a significant other in your one bedroom apartment, or flying solo in your studio, this Valentine’s Day can be a lot of fun without having to leave home. Here are some ideas to enjoy a day of love from your house.

A Candlelit Dinner

Table for one, two, three, or more, it doesn’t matter! Reservations should be easy to get when you turn your Hollywood apartment into a Michelin Star restaurant. Break out the table cloths, candles, dim your lights, and use your fanciest dinnerware. Cook your favorite meal or a recipe you’ve been dying to try. If cooking isn’t your thing, order take-out or delivery from one of the many fantastic restaurants in Los Angeles. Make sure to check out one of these great take-out/delivery options if you’re living in one of our apartments in Koreatown, LA. Many are doing special Valentines Day dinners as well so be on the lookout for that! Don’t forget to dress for the occasion.

Spa Day

Self care comes in clutch all the time, but especially during crazy times like these. A couples massage or spa day isn’t the safest option right now, but that doesn’t mean anyone has to forego luxury. If you are a couple or live with someone close to you, take turns giving each other massages after watching this video to make sure you do it right! Put a relaxing playlist on the speakers and take a long bubble bath, using the scrubs and bath bombs you saved for a special occasion. Go on and bring a big glass of wine with you too. It’s Valentine’s Day!

Enjoy a Valentine’s Day Cocktail

Nix the bottle of wine or six-pack and mix things up this Valentine’s Day, quite literally. Now is the time to hone your mixology skills. There are tons of fun drink ideas for a roomie Galentine’s Day, toasting to friendship, or a romantic date night
