Renting Apartments During COVID-19

Due to the new lock down order, our managers will not be doing in person showings of available units. However we know some people need to move ASAP and we are wiling to work with that.

If you like an apartment please email the manager for the building and they will forward you a video of the unit. If you would like to see the available unit in person after viewing the link, you can cooridinate with the manager for a date and time and they will buzz you in to see the unit.

If you would like to apply at any point, please fill out the application on our website. You can find the application by visiting the building page, it’s available to download directly under the building informaiton. Return it to the manager via email with a copy of your DL and proof of income (pay stubs or bank statements) along with your desired move in date (all units shown below are available for move in now).

Prior to renting the unit, there will be a FaceTime or Skype call so you can ‘meet’ the manager and they can answer any questions you may have.

We appreciate your patience during this time. We are doing our best to keep our managers, maintenance staff, and you, our customers, as safe as possible.
