  • How do I begin the apartment rental process?

    You’ll want to start by scheduling a tour of the building you’re interested in renting from. You can view all our available apartments here.

  • What documents do I need to prepare when renting an apartment?

    • Generally, you'll need a photo ID, proof of income (pay stubs, employment letter), bank statements, and references.
    • Additional documents may include a rental application, credit report, and rental history.
  • How can I find available apartments in my desired location?

    Visit the Neighborhood page in our top menu - you can see all apartments in our Hollywood, Downtown LA and Koreatown locations there.

  • Are there any additional costs associated with renting an apartment?

    • Some apartments may require a security deposit (typically one month's rent) and application fees.
    • You might also need to budget for utilities, parking fees, or pet deposits if applicable. Check each building for it’s fees.
  • How do I schedule a viewing or tour of an apartment?

    You can schedule a viewing to tour an apartment right from our website. Navigate to the building you want and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Fill out the Schedule a Showing section. A manager will get back to you within 48 hours.

  • What is the application process for renting an apartment?

    • Fill out a rental application form. We have a rental application form fee of $25.
    • Attach the required documents, such as ID, proof of income, and references.
    • Once our managers receive your application they will review it, run a credit check and contact your references. 
    • If approved the manager will contact you to schedule an appointment to sign your lease
  • How long does it typically take for a rental application to be approved?

    • Approval times can vary, but it usually takes a few days to a week.
    • Landlords may need to review your application, conduct background/credit checks, and contact references.
  • Is renter's insurance necessary and how do I obtain it?

    •  Renter's insurance is highly recommended to protect your personal belongings.
    • Contact insurance providers to get quotes and choose a policy that suits your needs.
  • Are there any specific lease terms or conditions I should be aware of?

    Read the lease agreement carefully and understand the terms, including rent amount, duration, pet policies, and rules regarding repairs and maintenance.

  • How do I handle maintenance and repair requests in the apartment?

    Once you become a tenant you’ll have access to our secure tenant portal. Through this website you’ll be able to submit maintenance requests and even upload photos/videos of the issue.

  • Can I make modifications or personalize the apartment?

    • Check with the landlord regarding any restrictions on modifications.
    • Some landlords may allow minor modifications, such as painting or hanging pictures, with prior approval.
  • Do you allow pets?

    Each building has its own pet policy. Several of our buildings are dog and cat friendly. Contact the managers directly to discuss your personal situation.
