This large, two-bedroom, unfurnished unit offers lots of windows and light! The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a spacious dining area. Upgraded flooring with plenty of built-in storage options. The unit also comes with one parking space in our garage. Laundry on-site. We are also a pet-friendly building! Breed restrictions apply to larger dogs.

Move-in Policy: Move-in payments require a seven (7) business-day clearing period and must be paid by money order or cashier’s check. We require good credit (650+) and a gross income of 2.5X the rent.
