Move-in Policy: Move-in payments require a seven (7) business-day clearing period and must be paid by money order or cashier’s check.

- Tenant pays variable monthly utilities via RUBS (Water, Sewer, Trash), billed based on occupancy and usage. Averaged historically at ~$80–$90/month for single occupant; higher with additional occupants.

- Proof of personal liability insurance ($100,000 minimum) is required prior to move-in. If tenant does not provide proof of third-party insurance, tenant will be automatically enrolled in our Landlord Liability Insurance (LLI) policy for $15/month.

- No on-site parking available.
