This stylish space features a queen-size bed with both Goose Down Feather and Memory Foam pillows, a spacious living area with two lounge chairs, and ample closet space for your belongings. Enjoy modern comforts like a 40” Roku TV, 100% cotton linens and towels, and a fully equipped kitchen stocked with essentials, (dishwasher not included). Stay cool with a portable air conditioner, and take advantage of the building’s on-site laundry room, ongoing management support, and on-site representative. Optional add-on services, including cleaning, sheet washing, and Wi-Fi, are available for an additional fee. This unit has a floor area of approximately 450 sq ft.

PARKING:
While there is no parking in the building, you have a couple of convenient options: A monthly parking spot rental is available for $250/month. The building shares a lot with the Hollywood & Highland Shopping Center (Ovation Hollywood), offering a range of hourly and daily parking options ($2 every 20 minutes; $6 per hour; daily maximum of $20), providing the easiest parking solution for your stay.

SUPPLIES:
Please note, only basic amenities are provided for this unit. If you need a specific amenity, please confirm its availability before you book. Starter toiletries (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.) are not included. Starter Kitchen Essentials and Cleaning Supplies (Dish Soap, Paper Towels, Sponge, Etc) not included.

APPLICATION AND FEES:
**All guests are required to complete an application, which includes a credit and background check. The application fee is $39.99. Additionally, guests must complete an identity verification process.
**A $1,250 security deposit will be added to all booking reservations. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout, less any deductions for damages. It must be paid directly to the host upon booking confirmation and will be returned within 21 days after move-out. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**All guests must sign a lease agreement directly with the host and agree to all terms and conditions outlined therein.
**Pets are welcome in our units! A refundable $500 pet deposit will be required, along with a pet rent of $2.16 per pet, per night.
**A one-time cleaning fee of $299 will be added to the first month's rent. This fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
**Optional housekeeping service is available for $299 per visit. This includes deep cleaning, fresh linens and towels, and restocking of essential cleaning and grooming supplies.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
**Move in after 4 pm.
**Move out by 11 am.
**Early check in/ late check out are each $75 subject to availability.

**Please note that you will be charged for any damages to linens, cookware, furniture, fixtures or other items that we find after you check out.
